Terry's Backyard Barbecue is a family owned and operated business, established in 2006, providing some of the best food and barbecue catering services in the Hays, Kansas area.  We cater corporate events, weddings, and parties of all kinds, with both meal delivery and on-site cooking.

Our full-service barbecue catering is served buffet style and includes a friendly staff, set-up, and clean up of the service area.

Terry's barbecue is cooked the traditional, southern way.  We place our quality meats in closed barbecue pits with maple and apple logs and cook them at low temperatures. 

Terry's never serves baked or boiled meats.  Terry's cooks its beef brisket and pork shoulders for up to 20 hours and ribs for up to 9 hours.  Once you've tasted Terry's barbecue with its fall-of-the-bone tenderness, you'll understand why Terry's is the favorite.
